I think i have several places that lift my spirit, the gym is one place, with friends and lots of endorphines. of course noty is another top place with like minded friends and beautiful fabrics. walking outside in beautiful places, like the beach or in a park to blow away the cobwebs is great too... bit windy today for that but great for the washing :D with a name like Libby she must be an awesome woman heheheheh.
